About Us

 Paris and Potter Management Corporation was founded in 1969 by Steve Paris and Ralph M. Potter. The company is a franchisee of Kentucky Fried Chicken of Louisville, Kentucky. The Hillcrest of Fayetteville, Inc KFC was the first KFC restaurant in North Carolina and opened it’s doors in 1961. We started with the Colonel himself.  One of our founders Mr. Steve Paris lived with the Colonel for a week in his home as he taught him his secret recipe.  The Colonel believed in integrity and hard work and doing things the hard way to serve the best product with the best service. We still follow in his footsteps today and carry on his legacy and commitment to making Kentucky Fried Chicken the best.  We have been in business over 60 years and operate 29 locations in both North and South Carolina and guess what …..we are still growing!!
